Mr. Fay founded 3F Management and has served as its CEO since 2004. During the past 17 years while successfully building his own brands and investing in many others, he continues to drive 3F Management forward by acquiring and partnering with businesses of all sizes to add both synergistic and financial value to the overall portfolio.
Mr. Fay has cultivated 3F Management business operations and culture to support the goal of accelerating growth, and targeted, unprecedented exit strategy multiples for all partnered brands.
Having employed over 20,000 employees and managed over a billion dollars in revenues on an ongoing basis, coupled with his unique, out of the box, leverage based approach to all strategies provides a “learning curve” to all partnered brands that money cannot buy.
Mr. Fays core value that resonates throughout the company is to “give where you earn”. Rebecca has worked with 3F Management in a variety of roles for the past 7 years. Rebecca’s operational processes include identifying areas to streamline, connecting brands to the software/technology best fitted for their industry, implementing human resources and evaluating policies/procedures.

Cesar brings creativity and sharp finishes to all his projects. He consistently delivers brand images that reflect the vision and promote the product or service featured. In his 3 year tenure with 3FManagement, Cesar has developed logos, marketing material, social media content, indoor/outdoor signage and much more to take 3F partners to the next level.
